Hello everyone. After being postponed indefinitely, the entry period for the Shirt Design Contest has officially begun, which means that it’s time to put your creativity to use and submit your entries! Read the advertisement for the mechanics:
Take note, however, that the dates are as follows:
Entry Period – July 21-Aug 1
Announcing of Finalists – August 4-6
Voting Period – August 6-12
Announcement of Winners – August 13-14
As of July 21, 2008, these dates are final.
July 21, 2008: Please attend the following GAs!
Hello Celadoneans! Your attendance will be highly appreciated at the following GAs this Wednesday, 4:30-6:

Interested in a career in Marketing? Attend the Marketing Career Options Talk tomorrow, July 16, 430-6pm at SOM111!
You are not required to attend; however, attendance to this event will be included in your individual Celadon Frequent Flier Miles (FFM), so please remember to sign your name in the Celadon attendance sheet (apart from the Placement office attendance sheet) in the registration table tomorrow! July 13, 2008: Don't forget to attend Celadon Day!
Hello Celadoneans! Celadon Day will be held from 11:30 am-5:30 pm on July 19, a Saturday, at the MVP Roofdeck. Lunch will not be provided, but there will be snacks.
Here’s a message from the CeladonBot on what Celadon Day is all about, as well as a few reminders:
Celadon Day serves as a required introductory event for ALL Celadoneans to welcome the new school year.
Meet your fellow Celadon members! Games and exciting activities await you!
What to bring: – Umbrellas – Shirt, pants, and rubber shoes – Extra shirt – Towel – Backpack/small bag (because you’ll be going around a lot)
Please wear SPORTS ATTIRE. For the girls, NO SHORTS OR SKIRTS ALLOWED.
What to expect: – Newfound friends – More knowledge about Celadon, the CelabEBs, your departments, and this year’s projects – A chance to win an HP mini-note laptop in the raffle! – FUN!
For those who won’t be able to attend Celadon Day:
As Celadon Day is a REQUIRED event that will help determine your membership into the organization, everyone is expected to attend. Should there be a conflict in schedule (i.e. NSTP), please print out an excuse letter and address it to:

stating your reason/s for not being able to attend the event. Leave the letter at MVP208, Celadon EB drawer anytime from July 11 to July 18. The validity of your excuse letter and membership will be determined by the Executive Board SY0809.

July 13, 2008: Watch Mulan, Jr. at Greenbelt on August 10!
Ateneo Celadon and Repertory Philippines bring you Mulan, Jr., an adaptation of the ballad of the legendary Mulan, who fought as a man for the sake of her father and her country. The play will be shown on August 10, 5:30-7 pm at ONSTAGE, Greenbelt 1.

Due to problems with the Office of Student Activities (OSA), the Shirt Design Contest has been moved. Please take note of these tentative dates:
Entry Period – July 14-July 25
Announcing of Finalists – July 28-30
Voting Period – July 30-August 5
Announcement of Winners – August 6-7
Should there be a further change in schedule, we will inform you about the changes. In the meantime, please stay tuned to the website for more updates!
